Got shoe for running on snow and ice. Rubber spikes were perfect for this. Grips great! Flats were great change from the lift of reg running shoes. Foot strike more like barefoot running. Shoe is very narrow. Got 1/2 size up like suggested and they still felt snug. They are long and skinny. BTW, ...
