I am a college athlete, 110lbs., running about 40 miles per week. This shoe feels a little heavy and awkward, especially the heel part.

This shoe is the only shoe I wear. I like the support along with cushioning and never get blisters. I am new to running (just over 1 year)and really enjoy it and to me the shoe makes the difference.

This is my first pair of Evolutions; I previously alternated the Kayano, Trance, and Equalon (all with orthodic inserts). The Evolution beats these other shoes (with the inserts) hands down. It felt like a clunky shoe the first few times I used it, not very flexible, but I am more used to it now. ...

I had several Evolution 2 shoes and not impressed with the 4. The toe and mid-section is not the same. It is not as comfortable as the 2 especially for long distance running.

I've been running in evolution for years, but for some reason evolution 4 gave me a blister on the toe. Otherwise, this is a great shoe, good support and cushion!
